Information we collect
When you submit the form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, and the property and loan details you provide. Our web host also records standard server log data, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
The DSCR calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The values you enter into it are not transmitted to us or stored anywhere.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to evaluate your business-purpose financing scenario, to respond to your inquiry, and to communicate with you about it by phone, email, or text. If you proceed, we share the information necessary to place and process that financing with third-party lenders, and with service providers such as appraisers, title companies, and settlement agents.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
